Frozen Dumpling Cooking Instructions
Bring water to a rolling boil. line steamer with parchment paper or oil. Place dumplings on steamer and steam for 12 mins (9 mins for soup dumplings).
Bring water to a rolling boil. Add dumplings to water and boil for 12 mins, or till dumplings bob to top. (Not recommended for soup dumplings).
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan over medium-high heat. place dumplings in pan and sear for 1 min.
2. Turn heat down to medium-low, add 1/4 cup water, cover, and cook for 10 mins (7 mins for soup dumplings)
3. Remove cover & let bottoms crisp for another 1-2 min.
