INGREDIENTS NEEDED

1 package Laoban Dumplings

1 orange

1 tablespoon miso

1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1/4 tablespoon sugar, set dressing aside

1 bunch bok choy

1/2 cup canned chickpeas

1/4 cup chopped green onion

Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Pan sear Laoban dumplings of your choice according to package instructions.
  2. While waiting for those to cook, take orange and segment a quarter, add to a medium size bowl, set aside.
  3. Juice the rest of the orange into a small bowl.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon miso.
  5. Add 1/2 tablespoon rice vinegar.
  6. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
  7. Add 1/4 tablespoon sugar, set dressing aside.
  8. Thinly chop 1 bunch of bok choy, add to the medium bowl with orange segments.
  9. Add 1/2 cup canned chickpeas.
  10. Add 1/4 cup chopped green onion.
  11. Add cooked dumplings .
  12. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  13. Add dressing and toss together.
