Instructions
Classic Chinese Vinegar Sauce
- Peel ginger with spoon
- Thinly slice and julienne ginger, add to small dish
- Add Chinese black vinegar, let sit for a few minutes
- Use as a dipping sauce for dumplings
Chili Herb Sauce
- Chop green onion
- Chop Cilantro
- Chop basil
- Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Add 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Add 1 tablespoon chili crisp
- Add 1 tablespoon honey
- Mix together, spoon over dumplings
