- 1 box of Laoban’s Spicy Beef Bao Buns
- 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 2 cloves garlic, finely grated
- 1 small knob of ginger, finely grated (optional)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Paro’s Tarka oil (adjust to spice preference)
- 1/4 cup hot water
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil, line a steamer with parchment paper or cabbage, and place the buns in the steamer. Steam for 10 minutes!
- In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients thoroughly.
- Gradually stir in warm water, adjusting until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
- Use the sauce as a dip for the bao buns or spread it directly into your bowl before adding the buns. Top with extra chili crisp for more heat!
