1 package Mala Beef dumplings
2 lbs heirloom tomatoes
Handful of chopped fresh basil leaves
1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons chili crisp
2 tablespoons Chinkiang rice vinegar
1 tablespoons soy sauce
Flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Cook Mala Beef dumplings according to package instructions
- While those are cooking, chop 2 heriloom tomatoes
- Chop handful of fresh basil leaves
- Mince garlic
- Add 3 tablespoons chili crisp
- Add 2 tablespoons Chinkiang rice vinegar
- Sprinkle with flaky sea salt to taste
