Lettuce Wraps:
- 1 head butter lettuce
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 jalapeño (optional, sliced)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 package Laoban dumplings (pan fried)
Vietnamese Nước chấm Dipping Sauce:
- 6 tbsp warm water
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Squeeze of fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp fish sauce (adjust to your taste)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1-3 sliced Thai chilis (optional, adjust to your taste)
Instructions
Lettuce Wrap:
1. Pan Fry dumplings according to package instructions
2. Place a dumpling, handful of chopped cilantro, green onions, fresh mint leaves and 1-2 pieces of jalapeño to a lettuce cup
Dipping Sauce:
1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and spoon over your lettuce wraps (or dip right into the sauce!)
