This original recipe is a knockout, balancing fragrant ingredients, and a melange of seasoning, and tender chicken perfectly. It's sweet, it's zesty, it's gingery—it's perfect.

How To Prepare Dumplings

  • Steamed Bring water to a rolling boil. Line steamer with parchment paper or oil. Place dumplings on steamer, cover, and steam for 12 mins (9 mins for soup dumplings).
  • Boiled Bring water to a rolling boil. Add dumplings to water and boil for 8 mins, or till dumplings bob to top. (Not recommended for soup dumplings).
  • Pan-Fried 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in pan over medium-high heat and place dumplings in pan. 2. Add enough water to cover dumplings halfway up, cover, and cook for ~5 mins (3 mins for soup dumplings). 3. Remove cover and keep cooking till water evaporates & bottoms are brown, about 5 mins (3 mins for soup dumplings).

    I thought that these dumplings tasted delicious and high quality. I just steamed them for convenience, but pan frying would probably add some nice texture too.

    #trynatural This frozen dumplings by Laoban Dumplings was good. I definitely want to try the other flavors, to see how they taste. I will be cooking these a different way next time.

    We really enjoyed these dumplings. The flavors were bright and authentic. I loved how easy it was to fry up in a pan. And it didn't take too long. I'd love if they sold a bigger bag. We ate the whole thing in one sitting! I'd highly recommend
